The tub showed up with a few issues! It's a bummer for an item at this price point, especially when you expect it to be top-notch.

The hot tub showed up right on time and was handled with care by the delivery team. The instructions were top-notch, making it a breeze to put together and shift to the patio (with a bit of muscle from some friends!). It heats up nicely in about 3 hours. Part of the fun is stoking the fire now and then while you kick back with a book or a glass of wine (or maybe two). The flue works like a charm. I really dig the straightforward setup, with warm water flowing out from the top and cooler water being pulled in from the bottom. Plus, I appreciate that there are no loud jets or flashy lights—just the peaceful sounds of nature! The pool cover does a great job of keeping the heat in. The steps and table really enhance the overall vibe of this wooden hot tub. Absolutely love it! Fingers crossed we’ll get another one for home soon.

I'm really let down by this company; there's zero support when you run into issues with delivery. If you're in the mountains (not a ski area, just a regular village near Chamonix), you gotta fork out an extra 600€ to get a decent truck. I'm still waiting for a response, and my bathtub is lost somewhere.

We purchased a 1900mm Dualburn. It’s the priciest option out there, but it’s also the finest. Exceptionally crafted, pleasing to the eye, and our neighbors can’t stop complimenting it. It heats up super fast, taking less than 2 hours with the completely dry ash from our garden. We tend to overheat it with a lower water level, then we add more water and let it cool down to the right temp just before hopping in. The trick to maintaining the perfect temperature while using it is to keep enough fire going to offset the heat loss when you take off the cover (we got the cover and chimney cowl separately). Still warm enough for a morning dip. Highly recommended.

I own a Regal 190 and I’m totally into it. The customer service is top-notch, the product is super high quality, and the website is a breeze to navigate for ordering. It heats up nicely with the Dualburn feature - gets warm in about 1.5 to 2 hours, really hot in roughly 3 hours. The coolest part? If you cover it up overnight, it stays warm the next morning, even if you let the fire die out the night before. Just great quality all around.

The hot tub is super easy to maintain, drain, and all that jazz. If you or your neighbors are in a bungalow, make sure to get an extra meter of flue so the smoke stays clear of any open windows and just rises above the house.

This hot tub is truly an incredible show stopper. I’d definitely suggest choosing one of these over an electric version any day. It’s a prime example of Swiss engineering at its best. A wood-burning hot tub creates such a cozy atmosphere, and the scent of burning wood is just fantastic. We’re super excited to enjoy it on a chilly winter evening. I can’t recommend this hot tub enough. It’s super simple to operate, really well constructed, and has provided tons of fun for the whole family. We chose the Regal 190, which fits our family of two adults and three kids just right. Filling it takes about an hour, and it takes roughly three hours to heat from 10 degrees to 40. It holds the heat nicely, needing only about half an hour of heating the next day to get back up to temp. The cover is essential for keeping the warmth in. Also, the flue cap is crucial for keeping rain out. We decided to add lights and bubbles, which we enjoy using all the time. We skipped the filtration system since we fill it for the weekend and drain it afterward, but it looks pretty easy to add later if we want. Skargards were super helpful while we were figuring out what to get and took care of the import without any extra charges. The hot tub arrived sooner than we thought (about three weeks) and was in perfect shape. Installation was a breeze with plenty of instructions. We’ve had it for a month now and use it often; it’s definitely worth the investment.
